Welcome to Express Fremont Movers! These Terms of Service govern your use of our moving services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.


Services Provided

Express Fremont Movers offers a variety of moving services including but not limited to local and long-distance moving, packing, and unpacking services. We also provide storage solutions in collaboration with trusted partners.


Booking and Scheduling

To book our services, you must provide accurate details about your move, including the origin and destination addresses, the type of items to be moved, and any additional services required. Once your booking is confirmed, we will schedule a date and time for your move. All changes to the schedule must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move date.


Payment Terms

We require a deposit or full payment depending on the size of your move, with payment due before or on the day of the move. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, checks, and other payment methods as outlined during booking. Payments are non-refundable once services are rendered.


Packing and Handling of Items

Our team will handle all items with the utmost care. However, we recommend that you pack your own valuables, fragile, or sensitive items. For items we pack, we ensure they are packed using professional-grade materials. We are not liable for damages to items that were packed by the customer or for items deemed unsuitable for transport.


Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move. If canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the move, a cancellation fee may apply. We reserve the right to cancel the move in cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, and will offer a full refund if cancellation occurs on our end.


Liability and Insurance

Express Fremont Movers provides basic liability coverage for your items during the move. However, this coverage does not include the full value of your goods. For additional protection, you may purchase extra insurance at the time of booking. We are not responsible for damages caused by external circumstances such as accidents, extreme weather, or any other force majeure event.


Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items are properly packed, and any fragile or valuable items are identified. You must ensure clear access to both the pick-up and drop-off locations, including parking and access to elevators if applicable. If items need to be disassembled for transport, the customer must either do so beforehand or arrange for the movers to assist, at an additional cost.


Delays and Disruptions

We will do our best to ensure that your move proceeds on schedule. However, certain circumstances such as traffic, weather, or other unforeseen issues may cause delays. We are not liable for any delay-related costs or inconvenience caused by these disruptions.


Damage Claims

If any damage occurs to your items during the move, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will inspect the damage and determine compensation in accordance with our insurance policy. Claims for damage will not be accepted for items that were packed by the customer.


Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing moving services and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for the completion of services.


Amendments to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
